The greatest leader that South Africa has ever had, died today in Pretoria, at ninety-five years. The news not only affects a country, but the world, Nelson Mandela, was part of world political history, most representative of the struggle against racial segregation, the leader left a legacy, nobody is inferior to anyone. Madiba, as he was affectionately called, graduated in law and was President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999. The historical context, the prison in 1964 until 1990, twenty six years in a jail for fighting for something that would be so easy to solve, but for Nelson Mandela, the facility did not agradava.De political prisoner to president of the country , the leader of the twist, the leader of the dark, the leader of the oppressed. Was the icon, Nelson Mandela, as said U.S. President Barack Obama, was history.
